Returns and Exchanges

We are happy to offer an exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt of your order. Please read the below instructions to ensure a smooth process.

- you can return any products you are not happy with to Sugar Bat - prodejna, Jagellonska 1305/14, 13000 Praha 3, Czech Republic. 

- items must be unworn, in perfect condition, with all original tags still attached to the product.

- you have to pay the shipping cost. Regular post is usually the cheapest option. If you are returning products using a courier service or registered Royal Mail, please make sure that telephone contact is clearly written on the parcel: 773 553 213

- if you are returning products from outside of EU, you must clealy mark the parcel as RETURNED GOODS.

- please drop me a line at info@sugarbat.com to inform me that you are returning your order. Then I will know that I can expect a package and be on the lookout for it :-)

- refunds are usually processed immedately, but please allow up to 7 days to process.
